Hi everyone, I just installed fusionPBX on AWS Lightsail, but when I make some calls for testing, no sound hear when talking, so what is the problem,
is it related to codecs, or STUN ? please help????
did you restart FreeSWITCH after and also make sure you have the right ports open on the lightsale firewall, you could open up all to your own IP to rule this out

Hi there, I seem to be experiencing the same problem I think. I am able to receive incoming calls just fine, but when I attempt to make an outbound call, it connects but then there is not audio. I set the external_rtp_ip and external_sip_ip as the server's public IP, stopped and then started FreeSWITCH but still experiencing the same problem. Is there anything else I am missing?
