callgroup intercep

Good evening * 8 pick up any call and I just need you to pick up the calls from the group the person dialing the * 8 belongs to at https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Call+Group+intercept

They say how to do it but I don't understand it. Could someone please help me?

Assume 3 or 4 phones belong to a sales group and all sit near each other.
Edit extensions to include a group name such as "sales"
Once saved, if a call is ringing directly on only one of those extensions but that person isn't there to take call, someone else in the group can dial "*8" to intercept the call and answer it.

Additionally, if for example a manager needs to be able to pick up calls for sales AND support call groups, edit that extension as Call Group= sales,support
