Callforward only for external callers

Hi,

is it possible to make callforward or follow me only for external callers ?
We have many hospitals and medical institutions where this is mandatory.

Meaning: user can make forward to IVR or other extension. But this only applies for external callers, while internal caller can normaly ring extension

Would you just not send inbound calls to the relevant location?

That would be logical.
But i want user to set where external callers must be terminated using telephone.
