On outbound calls the caller ID for the name shows correctly but the Caller ID number show the user name of the gateway.

I agree, but I think his provider might be ignoring that and looking at the From, which is why I suggested it. If it doesn't help, turn that back off.
I just like to point these things out though so new people don't get the impression you always need to do this. That said, I always do.

yes the provider need rpid, when I put the Caller ID From to true it blocks the others account from dialing out

Did you enter outbound caller ID for the extensions?
Yes all the extensions have the correct Internal and External ID
I am a resellers for VoIP lines and I have 10 outbound channels, 1 for each of my tenants. We found out lately that some of the tenants have a funny number when they calls a cell phone in Canada. I found the problem and we see in the calls logs of the provider that the username of the gateway is the caller ID number not the name, the name shows OK so I did what was suggested and the caller ID do work fine but we got calls from the other tenants that they where unable to make calls.
