Callcenter queue giving a caller highest priority

Hi,

In the freeswitch mod_callcenter wiki there's a mention of callers being given a priority score

Question, can this be controlled programatically? Is there an app or fs_cli command to influence this?

For example, I would like to match on a specific caller's number and give him the absolute highest priority when he gets put inside a call center queue so that he gets served ASAP.

You can create a "VIP" queue and use the "Time Base Score Seconds", example, 120 seconds; when the caller enter in the queue is like he waits 120 seconds and have priority on the other callers in the others queue.
