Hi,

I am using FusionPBX version 4.5.28 and I had a issue with call transfer.

When the external call comes in Ext#A answered the calls and did blind transfer to Ext#B. when Ext#B answers the call he hear prompt to accept press 1, reject press 2, send to voicemail press 3. If the Ext# B presses 1 then the is connecting.

I don't want to hear the prompts, How I can remove the prompt from the transfer feature.

I have conducted a test on internal calls I don't hear the prompts.

Any Ideas on how to remove the prompts. in Previous versions there are no prompts!!!!

Is Call Screen enabled within the Ext#B or on the actual Phone?
The Follow-Me and Call Screen would prompt something like that.
