Good Morning all i am needing assistance with call tranfers from extensins using *99 or 99, calls just drops.
The idea is that extension receives inbound call when their are done talking, their dial *99 or 99# to transfer call to 0108234737 DID which plays a DTMF message from the call rating system allowing user to rate their service received, which captured all the sip headers provided.
But when i transfer call from extension using the full DID number transfers fine.
I really appreciate all the help in advance.
