Call recording Filename

Hi All

Im looking for a way to change the name of the outputted file recordings on fusion pbx. At present it's clearly a uuid so they are searchable in the CDR app. Is it possible to add the common call recording statements - Dialled / number in from / date / time without breaking the uuid?

On new versions of FusionPBX, certainly on master, you can do this, you want to be carefull what you wish for though as this can get very messy.

For example if you had callerID anywhere in the name and callerID is withheld it will be missing etc.

When you say very messy , is it for old recorded calls or for new recording or a new installation is still messy ?

I say very messy because people use caller IDs etc that are often missing. I tried this myself years ago and eventually came to the conclusion that UUIDs were perfect
