Call park oddities

Hi all,

I have an odd issue with call parking, I have a couple offices where it works wonderfully and then a couple offices where it just doesn't want to work right. For instance an office with 5 extensions, a user will place a call on park and half the extensions won't "see" the call is parked there, IE the button won't turn RED on the phone.

Any suggestions on how to diagnose this or what to look for?

I've also noticed that if you park a call, pick it up then park it again the call is disconnected.

So it looks like I got this to work today by adding feature.presence.enabled="1" to my polycom provisioning template. I also changed the BLF(automata) to: park+*590x (where x is the corresponding number for the park slot) for each of the buttons. Valet parking does not work. It just parks the call at *5900 but at least the BLF is showing if a call is parked on that slot.

Yeah, I tried what you had done a few days ago and it didn't change anything. I'm assuming that it is the way the Polycom phones are sending the call to the valet park.
