Is there any way at all to get the systemn to say user busy on screen instead of normal clearing when an external number is dialled and is busy ? Its casuing users to complain they are being cut off when in fact the calls simply busy

It's a while ago, but I think we solved this by setting

continue_on_fail=false

in the outbound route prior to the bridge statement.

I am trying to use continue_on_fail=false in a paging dialplan to drop the call if one of the receivers is busy. can this be done?
I am trying to fix a case when two extensions press call at the same time, in that case I want to drop the call for both.

flowing are my dialplan and sngrep snapshot.
