Busy-on-busy together with voicemail-on-timeout

Hi Folks!

I'm still unsuccessful getting busy-on-busy without completely disabling voicemail.
I would like that a second caller get a busy signal when I'm already in a call. At the moment he get immediately transfered to the mailbox.

Is someone able to point me into the right direction?

This will depend on your setup. One method that would affect only the domain worked on would be turning on the call-limit in the dialplan manager and replacing ${max_calls} with 1.

Also, if you disable call waiting at the endpoint you could add playback:tone_stream://%(500,500,480,620) to your On Busy call routing.

You presented me my missing puzzle piece I'm looking for days!!

With the "call-limit" stuff I already did some testing... I reused the extensions "limit_max" and set "max_calls" with its value, but I always ended in the voicemail.

I simply wasn't aware of the "On busy call routing" .
