i am using the Fusion PBX to provision my phones as soon as i add BLF to the phones they keep getting a msg on the phone offline no service and they cant use the phone
Fusion/Freeswitch blows the pants of asterisk in my opinion, however regarding this issue i would suggest as above you have a firewall issue, also did you set the username and password in the provisioning section correctly ?
And lets not forget that with every release of freepbx that extra, easy functionality usually comes with a 'BUY' button next to it.
I was looking on one the other day, call recording on your own system you now have to pay for!! I was using free call recording 10 years ago on FreePBX.
Yes that happen since sagnoma took control, but still for the novice user its a good choice as you dont need to know to much in order to set it up
for them its easier to buy then to get stuck
