FusionPBX 4.5.21
FreeSwitch 1.10.5 (64bit)
Debian 10
We are using Call Center for a local office with about 15 agents.
We're using the Max No Answer feature and a cron job that runs every minute to change user status from On Break to Logged Out, so once an agent doesn't answer after 3 calls, it logs them out of the queue.
We've created a BLF speed dial that shows the agents when they are logged in and out of the queue.
Our problem is that once the agent is logged out this way, the BLF button doesn't change to green or is delayed by a few minutes, so agent's don't know when they are logged out. Any idea what may be causing this?
