We diagnosed the problem..
We make calls via API (from our Web-based CRM application) - and FusionPBX is counting from "click" in application:
- User click in CRM - Phone starts ringing (starts counting)
- User pick-up the phone
- FusionPBX redirects call to receiver
- Waiting for answer
- 5 second call Ends
So 40 seconds from click to answer the phone..
We changed our billing time in CRM to record_seconds (from billsec)
