SOLVED aws fusionpbx server does not response

i install fusionpbx on aws debian 8
i make 1010 extension and dial *9664

There was no response for 30 seconds and timeout.


What's the problem?


The same problem occurs with echo.

Looks like a problem with ZRTP negotiation. Take a look at this link: http://lists.freeswitch.org/pipermail/freeswitch-users/2014-June/105892.html

I think the ZRTP is a red herring, I would guess its a NAT issue but we will need more information. At the freeswitch cli do a:

sofia global siptrace on

Then make a call and post the log.
