Automatic dialing list of numbers using CallCenter module in freeswitch

hello, I want to develope a call center solution using freeswitch callcenter module.anyone guide me from basics that from where I should start?
my scenario is..
1) Call multiple extensions at a time.
2) when call bridge to any extension,other extensions go in queue.
3)when first call hangsup then immediately connect with other extension from queue and so on.

I have configured the mod_callcenter and it is working fine, the calls are going in queue and connecting one by one from queue,but now I want to hangup that call which is on voicemail, anyone have any idea about that?
