Hello,
When I setup an extension on FreePBX and on the phone enable "Authenticate Incoming INVITE" it works fine, however when I setup an extension on FusionPBX, when i enable the "Authenticate Incoming INVITE" setting it fails and doesn't authenticate, and rejects the call.

Is there a way to enable INVITE authentication using FusionPBX?

Using the auth ID and password - it just doesn't work with FusionPBX though and calls get rejected.

It's a feature on Grandstream phones for increased security. You can only accept messages from configured proxies, but also authenticate them requests. It works fine with Asterisk! Strange it doesn't with FusionPBX.

Its an extra load on the server, I wouldn't want my server to do that.

I always assumed it was a best practice option to tick in the security settings, along with things like "Don't accept random calls from random IP's". I won't use it then :)

I always set my phones to only accept calls from the proxy but that should be enough.
