Attendant Transfer *4 - Is not working

I am trying to make the attendant transfer with * 4, but the function is reversed, the music on hold stays with the person that is trying to transfer the extension, while the people who called receive the tone to enter the extension, what is wrong? Do you know how I can fix this?

Look at my Post, and there are more posts same subject, i also made a bug report to FusionPBX, (no fix on this moment) i am waiting on my ticket.... *1 and *4
PS, the Caller can transfer

I try every ting (in some post) no luck.... , something whit "bind_digit_action" and DTMF but i am not a programmer.
