So scrolling through the Default Settings I see all the different phone models and their corresponding firmware. I don't see t27g, but I'd like to add it and be able to push out firmware to it. Can someone give me an idea of how to do this?

T27g is present on my systems and I don't remember adding it in.

It is easy enough to add, simply create the default setting, then copy your firmware file to:
/var/www/fusionpbx/app/yealink/resources/firmware

Thanks for responding to my question. I have never tried to provision firmware before. I barely figured out how to provision DSS keys.
So I followed your instructions, downloaded the firmware for the t21p e2, the t27, and the t41s. I'm working with the t41s, since its already on my desk and still a yealink.
I reset the t41s to factory settings, put in the right provisioning auth info in, and clicked provision. It got its line and DSS key settings, but didn't upgrade its firmware. Am I missing something? Where can I troubleshoot this?

my.ip - - [13/Apr/2020:14:25:15 -0700] "GET /app/yealink/resources/firmware/t41s-36.83.0.120.rom HTTP/1.1" 200 294653 "-" "Yealink SIP-T41S 66.84.0.90 00:19:65:c5:99:20"

Got this from the web logs if it helps.
