SOLVED A few issues - Audio drop incoming/Call Drops/Multi Registration so on

Since its 30/30 for the main uplink, I think we're ok without hardware offloading.

Offloading changed nothing.

Mmmmm, did you get rid of that 5 port switch? Your next option would be to swap it out and see if the problem persisted.

Wonderful news, the issue was the switch all along.
The network is working buttery smooth.
Phone issues are all solved.
