your voicemail_id is set to S1001. Is that correct? I ask because your extension is 101.

Can you try deleting them both and then rereun menu defaults? Also, can you check your core/domains/app_menu.php file to make sure there isny any duplicates? Make sure that uuid and parent_uuid is only populated once.

Are you setting up a trunk in FreePBX to Fusion, or are you using a FreePBX extension? You should use a trunk on FreePBX

Do you have an inbound DID dedicated to fax? If so, when you direct that DID to an extension, are you able to complete that call?

Go to Advanced>Menu Manager and open the default (unless you are using a custom menu). Ctrl+F for "Domains" Delete one of them.

Hi, I did a bit of troubleshooting yesterday and it seems this commit broke the app by removing the root.php file which had some necessary functions and classes. For now, you can restore the root.php file and add the 'include "../root.php" to the sms_hook_common.php file.
