I have attached a few screen shots. I dont now if I blacked out anything that you would need to see. But I just dont know what to do... Like I have said I am very new to this. So any help and advise is greatly appreciated.

I do not know how to get the debug output?? And no I cant seem to get the polycom to work.. If any one wants to help me figure this thing out, I am all ears.

I did have an external number in the RG. I also tried it with putting the extension there and it didnt work. In addition, I turned on Call Forward on the ext level, when I send the call from destinations directly to the ext it doesnt work either. This all seems like a lot.....

I downloaded Filezilla, got in to the server, found the directory, tried to then upload my image and of course there has to be an error.... This is so frustrating. I am trying so hard to learn and get this figured out haha Thanks for the help

I still cant get it. I am using Twilio. My inbounds work fine. But when it tries to send any calls outward it doesnt work. IDK what to do..

Yes I know tht. But it was mentioned in a post above that you could change it to a recorded name, I assumed they know something I did not... :)

Has anyone used any softphones that work reliably with fusion? I have tried xlite and microsip and zoiper and it registers the extension, however when attempting to place any call (even to *97 vm) it beeps and says "Not Found". I want to be able to make all this work as I really like fusion...
