I found the issue. When the call hits the cell phone, it then goes to an outbound route and I did not have caller ID in from set to TRUE. Working now.

If I place a caller on hold, they hear the Music On hold for about 4 -5 minutes, then it disconnects the call. How do I make change the time for the timeout and how do I make it ring back to a ring group if the timeout is exceeded?

If I reboot the fusionpbx server, phones register and stay registered for about 4 -5 minutes. Then the registration drops and does not re-register unless I reboot the server again. I see the phone trying to register but it never succeeds Any ideas?

Ok, here is where you go to set Multiple Registrations to TRUE Advanced > Sip Profiles >Internal > Scroll down to Multiple Registrations

I don't know because I destroyed the server and went back to freepbx
