looks like i solved my issue for inbound.....
you just need to add # between {$max_calls} # !USER BUSY
For outbound i tired using
hash outbound ${domain_uuid} ${max_calls} 1 !user_BUSY
But i was able to make more then 1 call, anyone have any idea how to make this work for outbound?
Is it possible to limit the number of incoming and outgoing calls per domain?. i have tired using the call limit dial plan but cant seem to get it to work.
Below is my setting for call limit, i was still able to make more then 2 calls (inbound) IVR answered.
i have solved my issue, if your trunk provider has setting for DIDs number of rings, set it to 6 rings, i had mine setup to 5rings 25 seconds but Fusionpbx was set to 6 rings.
not sure if this helps you or not
Looks like i figured this out...
for inbound i never saw the issue because both left and right speaker play at the same time.
for outbound right side speaker is receiver end voice and left side speaker is caller voice.
i was using a usb headset with mic only has right side speaker, so all this...
Have an issue where calls being recorded for outbound i can only hear the customer end (who answered the phone) but i cant hear my self....
for inbound calls i can hear both caller and receiver.

Hi
not sure if anyone has changed the title from fusionpbx to custom name for web browser.
found this is in template.php but not 100% sure if change it here will cause issues.
Anyone know how to change it to your own company name?
Thanks
