    Daylight not working

Hi, I need some help about daylight. It seems not working on my server :( In default settings I have daylight enabled, with start at day 15 month 3, weekday 7, time 2 I also have timezone as "Europe/Rome" +2. I noticed that time conditions are not working as expected and if I call *9170 I get a...

Missing destination field in "new destination"

Hi, I've a 4.4 updated. When I try to add a destination, the "destination" field is missing. I can see the label, I can see other fields, but the field for destination is missing. Any idea? thanks

What version should I be using? 4.4 or master(4.5)?

same question: I'm running 4.4 but I'm planning to move to 4.5 because 4.4 seems "dead".. is this a good idea?

Caller ID Lookup (cidlookup) from Contacts.

Thank you. So I think it's better to upgrade the branch (using this procedure I think, first time I do this: http://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/advanced/version_upgrade.html ) so I will also get the new script. And, I hope also a stable system.. :)

Caller ID Lookup (cidlookup) from Contacts.

Hi, I'm running Fusion 4.4 on Debian 9 and I'd like to use the cidlookup script (https://github.com/fusionpbx/fusionpbx/blob/master/app/scripts/resources/scripts/cidlookup.lua). It seems that it's available only on the master branch, not in 4.4. Someone can suggest me how to use it in 4.4? It...

Ring Group Strategy: Rollover - Question

It seems quite clear this. The problem is that it seems does not exist any way to distribute calls to a groups of extensions skipping extensions not connected to the PBX, and also avoiding that every user may manually login to the PBX (as queues require). Nor ring groups and queues allow to...

Ring Group Strategy: Rollover - Question

"I basically want it to ignore busy agents while still ringing all other extension that are not busy at the same time" same requirements, and ring groups work really bad. For example, if first destination is not connected, it goes to timeout destination and not ring other destinations.

    Rollover option is not working

In my experience this works. The problem seems that if the first extension in list is not available (not busy, it's disconnected), the RG goes to timeout destination and not to next step

    Inbound routes SECURITY BREAK

That's right But why "Destinations" creates inbound routes in the public context instead of the tenant one?

    Inbound routes SECURITY BREAK

You are right, but I think there is still a problem with the GUI. Also if I use an admin, and not a superadmin, and I create a Destination (and not an inbound route, that I cannot create using that kind of user), the route is created in the "public" context. So still I can "intercept" other...

    Inbound routes SECURITY BREAK

If a tenant creates an inbound route with some condition, but NOT also the condition "destination number=XXX" that the "Destinations" always creates, it can receive every call for every other tenant (gateway)! I tried to create in a tenant an inbound route that checks only the...

Reject calls when there is no agent avaible

thanks, to write it it's really too much for my current knowledge..

Reject calls when there is no agent avaible

Thanks :) The problem is that my agents are using a softphone, so when they are not available the softphone is down and extension not connected. Why the PBX may try to contact an extension that it knows to be NOT available before to try someone that is knows IS available? And, BTW, I'm...

Reject calls when there is no agent avaible

I tried with 1 (or 0) but it doesn't change anything. According to FS guide, "it will define the amount of time the queue has to be empty (without logged agents, on a call or not)". I think that the problem is that my queue for FS is NOT empty (this is my problem, in fact), because agents are...

Reject calls when there is no agent avaible

or to skip a single agent if it is not available at that moment... ?

Logoff / skip not connected agent

Hi, it seems that FS does not skip/logoff agents that are disconnected (for example if they have a softphone that is down). So, for example, a tiered call center queue will always try to call an agent (the first one) that simply does not exist at that moment (and the pbx know that it cannot call...

send calls from specific external number to a ring group.

I cannot run this :( I created a new inbound route, before the default one in the list, that sends to a different target. If I leave only the same condition on "destination_number", it works and I go to the alternative target. If then try to add an other condition on "caller_id_number", it does...

send calls from specific external number to a ring group.

Hi, I have this same "strange request" :) Basically what I need is to use a single SIP trunk, and then to have: - a "default route", that is the target ring group where all standard calls will go - many "priority routes". This routes will be based on the CALLERID number (the callED will be the...
