    NAT misconfigured symptoms

That capture just proved what I said above. See those 10 repeated 200 OK's being sent to your endpoint udp/[182.253.56.161]:5590 but no ACK back. Need to see all of this call leg starting from the first INVITE.

    NAT misconfigured symptoms

@Win From the logs looks like its your endpoint (whatever has extension 101 on it) is not sending ACK to the 200 OK that FusionPBX is sending it. Take a look at the CALL LEG A SIP messages (between endpoint and FusionPBX).

    NAT misconfigured symptoms

Thats most likely because of no ACK or delayed ACK to 200 OK. Look into your Freeswitch logs what happens after it receives the 200 OK.

    NAT misconfigured symptoms

No, not the dialplan, but your SIP profiles. In your external profile set "ext-rtp-ip" and "sip_rtp_ip" to "autonat:your_pbx_public_ip" (without the quotes ofcourse). If this is cloud install, then you'll probably need to do the same for your internal profile as well so that phones/endpoint...

    NAT misconfigured symptoms

Its taking your FusionPBX 32secs to respond with a ACK to the previous 200 OK..?!?!? and then it sends a BYE right after. You may need to look into the Freeswitch logs about that. Why are you advertising other ends IP 43.245.185.3 in your INVITE's SDP? Your PBX Public IP needs to go there.

    troubleshooting outbound call issue

You need to look at the SIP ladder diagram of these calls that you're making via BulkVS and Flowroute to see what exactly is happening. If not already installed, install 'sngrep'.

    Outbound routes

That outbound route "call_direction-outbound" is automatically created so that your call attempt gets a proper direction tag of "outbound", which later gets used in the dialplan and when displaying CDRs.

    Provisioning/File system not working?

Thats quite a self explanatory issue. Its complaining about SSL cert verification. Just disable SSL cert verification on your phone.

    Provisioning/File system not working?

The setting itself is called 'enabled' under Default settings > Provision. Here, this thread has more info about device provisioning in FusionPBX.

FusionPBX <-> FusionPBX same network [resolved]

Not enough information. How are you routing between the two FusionPBX's?

@markjcrane Web user that I'm logging in as is part of only the 'superadmin' group. Yes, I noticed that too at first that under Advanced > Menu manager > default, superadmin group was assigned twice to the Domians menu item but even after removing one of them, and reloading > logout > login...

Duplicate Domains menu after upgrade from 5.1.3 to 5.1.4

Completed an upgrade from 5.1.3 to 5.1.4 today, but following the upgrade 'Domains' menu is duplicated (screenshot attached) showing the same things when either one of them is clicked on. Tried looking into default menu manager and dashboard.php / domains.php but couldn't really make sense why...
