Turns out the delay could be down to another reason seems that there is an intemittent speed fault on the broadband line we are getting that checked out first to see if its the issue.

We use CSF on all of our installations adds an extra layer of security we only allow the IP address of the SBC. This setup is the only one that I have a problem with. It started with a delay on the calls for example there can be a 5 second delay when speaking. Sometimes its ok and other times...

Hi Im having some diffuculty with our PBX trying to call IE and DE numbers. This is a multi tennat PBX that I have inherited and dont really know if there has been any custom setups done on it. I can call IE and DE from ond of the domains but not any of the others that have been setup on it...

Just an update for anyone who is interested. I removed the ring group and re added it and then reloaded the XML and ACL. This seems to have worked. The only other thing I did was to remove one of the phones from the Ring group which did not need to be in it.
