    So just using PCMA and PCMU seem to allow the call to connect for now. As im doing this remotley and using a soft phone on a remote PC I wont be able to confirm until tomorrow but I will let you know. Thanks for the help.

    Turns out the delay could be down to another reason seems that there is an intemittent speed fault on the broadband line we are getting that checked out first to see if its the issue.

    Ring group calls in fail

    Just an update for anyone who is interested. I removed the ring group and re added it and then reloaded the XML and ACL. This seems to have worked. The only other thing I did was to remove one of the phones from the Ring group which did not need to be in it.
