Found it.. send-presence-on-register should be set to false/first-only, haven't tested extensively yet but seems to be working now.

It seems one freeswitch sends the "empty" notify if phone B re-registers..phone A then receives this and thinks phone B is not talking anymore. But this does not happen to me on Debian, only on CentOS, both on same version of Freeswitch.. i've posted the question on Slack, i'll update if i get...

Cloned the server, upgraded freeswitch to latest version (1.10.5) and the problem still persists.. funny thing is that i have another server with the same verison of freeswitch and fusionpbx and it's working fine (altho the problematic one is CentOS and the one working is on Debian)..i can see...

What do you have set as outbound caller id in the extension? Did you copy them and perhaps all have the same setting there? Do you set the outbound caller id in the outbound route perhaps? It should be something like effective_caller_id_number=${outbound_caller_id_number} and not...

Hmm, well the cover letter is generated upon fax retrieval from the mail server in fax_emails.php and fax_send.php, so i think you would need to pass a variable to freeswitch which would include the subject and body of the mail in order to set them in the fax_retry.lua and send them in the email...

Do you see the dialplan being processed with PASS in cli?

What exactly are you trying to put into the success email? I'm unsure what you mean by fax cover letter "subject" or "body"? The cover letter that is generated? Do you want to put the subject and body that was sent to the server into the confirmation mail?

I've tried this: https://inside-out.xyz/technology/enabling-ip-authentication-in-fusionpbx.html which works if i enable apply-inbound-acl to true. The calls go to the domain's dialplan so you would then have to route out calls there.

You can do this from the dialplan, set the bind_digit_action or bind_digit_app and set the paramaters for sending mail, then set the record_post_process_exec_app to invoke a script that sends the email, something like: bind_meta_app 2 a s record_session:name_of_recording.wav...

Not sure what the question is exactly, where is the +1 coming from? You could fe. remove it in the outbound route with a condition like: if outbound_caller_id = ^+1(\d{2,})$ outbound_caller_id = $1 or something similar..

Ran into this problem - quick fix is to change the required permission from xml_cdr_view to something else in: /var/www/fusionpbx/app/xml_cdr/xml_cdr_extension_summary.php
