    I believe it's and ISP issue. I tried the phones on a different ISP and it works, I put them back on the ISP that they will be using I get this issue.

    Incoming calls not working

    @ Citrus I will get the information, However let me give you more details. I'm using a Grandstream GXW4108, I have 4 dial tones connected to the GXW4108 Fusion PBX is in the cloud. I can make calls over the analog linnes without any issue it is just incoming calls.

    Incoming calls not working

    Hi All, I'm having an issue with incoming calls not working into my FusionPBX. The IP address is added in the Access control Inbound routes setup I can see the call hitting the PBX in the pcap. Any help would be greatly appreciated I
