Limit Evesdrop to only certain extensions, possible?

There are probably lots of different ways you could do this. Obviously, the first line of defence is the PIN number, but you could alter the regex in the condition to prevent it matching an extension. For example if you never want extensions 201 or 203 to be eavesdropped then add a negative...

    Migration from OpenSIPS to Kamailio

Indeed. The OpenSIPS developers we very helpful and we had a patch within a few hours of getting the issue recognised. I set up an OpenSIPS development environment my self and started looking into the issue. I was able to provide a debug trace that identified the function raising the SIGFPE...

    Migration from OpenSIPS to Kamailio

@bcmike Thank You, I did look at dsiprouter years sgo, but I do need the full flexibility of using my own routing script. @DigitalDaz I have used OpenSIPS for many years. I have just been working on upgrading my routing script from OpenSIPS v2.4 to OpenSIPS v3.2. But I have run into a...

    Dialplan question to the experts...

What you are doing in your dialplan looks largely OK. You need "Action set" not "Condition set", change this, it should work. EDIT; forgot to say, you need Abbrechen (Break) = never on the condition statement so processing continues (does not stop on the first match).

    Migration from OpenSIPS to Kamailio

I am considering moving my SIP trunking platform from OpenSIPS over to Kamailio. The routing script formats are very similar but the syntax is subtly different in a few areas. Can anyone point me in the right direction for resources on migration or does anyone have any up to date examples of...

    Dialplan question to the experts...

In your .lua script, get the UUID for the call (the easiest way is to pass in $uuid as argv1), then call uuid_setvar: uuid = argv[1]; my_lua_variable = "Hello_World" api:executeString("uuid_setvar " .. uuid .. " myvar " .. my_lua_variable); I hope that helps.

    SOLVED FusionPbx older installer

What is the percieved advantage of Ubuntu over Debian? Debian is perhaps not what we would call cutting edge but it has always represented stability to me.

Elastic Search, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) stack for Freeswitch

Mike, thank you for the link. It it is of any help, I pull stats on extensions from time to time, I wrote a small .php script to do it. The script takes two parameters, the domain name and the number of hours to look back over. It produces a .csv outupt that can be imported into a...

I not sure what ELk stack is, can you post a link? When you say "queue stats" are you talking about receive buffers?

    SOLVED FusionPbx older installer

I know very little about Centos. Have a look at the installer, perhaps you can edit the version in this file?: https://github.com/fusionpbx/fusionpbx-install.sh/blob/master/centos/resources/postgresql.sh

Whats this setting in Time Conditions do?

It just refers to the group number in the dialplan. Each "Setting" forms a separate group of dialplan conditions.

How to question about newusergroup with menu for that specific group

Menus are assigned at the domain level, you can't have different menus for groups because think what may happen if you had two groups with different menus and a user was a member of both! You can change the way a menu looks by only showing items to certain groups:

    Gateway Restart

IPv4 and IPv6 can use the same port, they are a completely different network stack. I run v4 and v6 on the same port. You do not need to put your domain in the "domains" section of the SIP profile.

    Hi from sunny Glasgow

Just read a book called "A seaside Practice" about the life of a GP in Ballantrae. I wonder, how many UK people do we have on the forum?
