When I setup a ring group and it rings few yealink phones, the caller id only remains on the phone that answered the call.
How to setup that caller id should stay on every phone from the ring group that rang? even though it's gonna show as a missed call all the time.
Any help?
My customer wants to be able to send a group text and maybe even scheduled group text for their customers, I do see that Fusionpbx has an option that says "Broadcast" but when I click on it, it says restricted.
Any suggestions?
Client wants me to upload 5 on hold messages and when they someone calls in, it shouldn't always play the same music on hold message but instead it should choose randomly from the 5 files and play.

I have a customer that has a bunch of phones at one location, they had internet issues last week and the ISP fixed the issue, since then I'm having an issue with their phones.
They have Grandstream and yealink phones, all phones are provisioned directly...
I'm trying to setup a prefix that when a ring group is forwarded to an outbound call it should come up as 999#8885551212
but for some reason the system ignores the prefix, can anyone help me with this?
I'm running Fusion version 5.1.0
