Zoiper auto provision

I have a couple of users that require soft clients. I am following this page to setup my zopier soft clients.

I am running version 4.5.25. After following the instructions and adding the zopier default settings as well as the app. I logged off and even rebooted the box. When I go to applications -> Zoiper I get "access denied". I have checked the permissions on the apps dir and the folder "Zoiper" has the same permissions as the other folders.

Any suggestions?

In menu->Advanced->Group Manger, you need to have the zoiper permission enabled for the user trying to access it:

That worked perfectly. Now I have a question regarding the functionality of this. When I click on the QR code it auto populates the following:
ext, domain, account name. It does not populate the password, or callerid info. How can I get that populated automatically?
