I have a new T42S that I'm trying to get to work with dual registration. The secondary server never receives an invite from the Yealink so it seems to maybe not be sending anything out to the secondary server. Am I missing some kind of setting? I'm able to register to either server by changing the primary server address but anything in the secondary server address box seems to be ignored. Was going to start a pcap but thought I'd check here to see if anyone had advice?

Phone firmware: 66.85.0.5

The secondary server never should receive and invite from the Yealink. The default option is to always use the primary when it is available. It is for failover not load balancing.

I was watching one of the advanced videos (advanced 2/2 12/19) showing phone registration after BDR. Yealink and Polycom showed registered to both servers while Grandstream only registered to one (expected because of outbound proxy). Screenshots attached from that video.

I believe I figured out my issue. The Yealink phone pulled in outbound proxy server 1 and outbound proxy server 2. I didn't think this was an issue because "Enable Outbound Proxy Server" was set to Disabled. Once I removed those entries from Proxy, it immediately registered to both servers.

That's very interestesting. I also didn't realise you meant it wasn't registering rather than just it wasn't inviting.
