SOLVED Weird Agent Status Behaviour

Hello everyone,

I have a test Call Center Queue set up, but I have weird issues with the agent I've set up. I set it manually to log into to queue, and confirm it is available in "Call Center Agent Status". However upon calling the queue, the phone logged into the queue never rings, and the agent status immediately, automatically changes to "logged out"! I log them back in again, call the queue, and immediately the agent status changes back to "logged out" again!

Any idea what is going on?

To find out what is happening you may find it helpful to do the following.
- Look at the FreeSWITCH logs in the Menu -> Status -> Log viewer.
- Also using the sngrep command can help you see what is happenning
