Voicemail Transcription not Working

Brand new install of version 5.3
Everything else seems to be functioning correctly but email transcription is not working
Setup the variables per FusionPBX documentation using Azure for the transcription which had worked in the past with another server

The email message comes through with the voicemail attached but does not have anything under the transcription header.

Voicemail transcription has moved to the newish transcription application. It is confusing if you have voicemail transcribe settings, which I believe, are no longer used.
