Unable to view Fax Preview

Hi,

I am trying to fax out using the Fax Server. When I click on the "Preview" button, a PDF file is downloaded.

But when i try to open the PDF file, an error message "Failed to load PDF document" popped out. Please refer to the attached file.
I am not able to preview the Fax.

Can anyone advise me how i can fix this issue ?
