Unable to make outgoing and internal extension call

[techcomp2005]

Hi,
I'm new with FusionPBX
Incoming call working fine.

But I'm unable to make any outgoing call and internal extension call.

If i want to make call to 0123456789123 and 01234567891234 how do i make Dialplan Expression?

You likely made the classic mistake of adding your IP address to the 'domains' ACL, causing all calls to get routed to the public context. Your log isn't complete, so I can't say for sure.

Now i can call internal extention.

But still unable to make outgoing call (please see attachment for error log).

If i want to call to 083280998123 how to make the dial expression?

But still unable to make ougoing call with error "All Circuits is Bussy Now"

Any idea how to fix these?
