Unable to get outbound calls to work

Alright folks, I know this issue has been posted about a million times, sadly digging through the forums hasn't exactly helped me solve my issue. I'm new to fusion so please be patient with me as I try to explain the issue and come to a resolution.

I've got inbound calling working, as well as I've got a desk phone provisioned to my extension I try placing a call through the desk phone and I get a "Normal clearing error." I've messed with the access control settings, made sure the gateway is setup correctly, etc. Here is the most recent log:

Never mind, got it to work! Gonna snip the code paste. For anyone looking for a possible fix, I went to Dial Plan > Outbound routes

(I forget who posted this fix but it was somewhere in the forums)

Then, under action bridge i changed the following in the data:
From sofia/gateway/(Numbersandletters)/$1
To sofia/gateway/(Numbersandletters)/1$1
