I am using FusionPbx 4.2.4 and just set up fax server to send and receive faxes. After a couple of issues with my outbound dialplan I was able to send faxes but I cannot receive them.
I went through the steps in the documents adding a new fax server, with the name, extension number (I used 7000 which was unused), added in my email and clicked save.
Then I went to my default inbound destination which has and clicked on fax detection and hit save.
However when a fax comes in it just goes to my normal ring group and then the IVR. What am I missing?
