Transcription stopped working

Hi there...a few weeks ago we noticed transcription stopped working. Thought it might have been a fluke but tried a test today and still fails. Found this with Google but doenst seem like much help:

Any thoughts?

transcription is working again...seems a third party software update changed the code.
