Tips for safely upgrade

Hi everyone

I recently decided to upgrade my Fusionpbx version, currently 4.4.3, and I would ask you how do it correctly and safely.

My big problem is that it seems I can't do a backup, in the Backup tab of Advanced settings i read about set the source paths where backup have to take files but if i go in Default Parameters i haven't the category Backup where i can set these values. Anyone had this problem?

Do your backup at the command line interface.

Thanks i will try with the command line. After that what is the correctly mode for do the upgrade?
