SOLVED Time Conditions not working

I created a time condition to change the IVR to an announcement followed by a hangup after office hours. I assigned an unused extension to the time condition and set the time condition as the destination for incoming calls from the SIP trunk.

In setting it up, I followed the documentation to the letter. However, setting the time condition as a destination results in a "circuits busy" error. What did I do wrong?

I've attached a screen capture of the dialplan for the time condition. The transfer actions for the time condition, 300 & 302 are IVRs. Both have been tested and work as destinations on their own.

OK... That's weird. This time it seems to work... I'll have to test that the time condition switches IVRs correctly at the end of the day, but the calls are coming through now.
