The first couple of seconds of recordings are cut off if the call goes via a Call Center object

Hi there,

I have created a "Call Center" object, which times out to a Ring Group that has a greeting announcement.

If I direct my destination to the call center, then the first couple of seconds of the greeting on the Ring Group are cut off.

If I direct my destination directly to the Ring Group, then the greeting plays fine.

The log file shows:

2024-09-29 21:18:37.702648 98.67% [DEBUG] switch_core_file.c:444 File /path/to/file.wav sample rate 8000 doesn't match requested rate 16000

in *both* cases, that is to say that it doesn't appear that this sample rate mismatch is causing the recording to be cut off because the same messages shows up in the log in either case.

UPDATE: If I enable call recording on the destination, then the recording includes the full greeting, none of it is cut off.
