Teams Direct Routing

Could you guys share your experience with Teams, I have a Kamailio (mimics AudioCodes) in front of FusionPBX which sends OPTIONS to Teams via TLS (all certs are legit from Digicert) and I have a dialog, according to this guide after that full dialog SBC should be marked as Active in the Microsoft Teams admin center, but instead it's still shows as "!":
