Suggestion for multipoint bluetooth headset

Ive got a trad yealink phone and a PC that I want to use the same bluetooth headset for. Ive seen some headsets that say multipoint but only one device can have mic.

Anyone got a headset that runs multipoint with both speaker and mic? If thats even possible?
