Speed up CDR Statistics

Add these three indexes:

CREATE INDEX idx_direction ON v_xml_cdr (direction);
CREATE INDEX idx_domain_uuid ON v_xml_cdr (domain_uuid);
CREATE INDEX idx_star_epoch ON v_xml_cdr (start_epoch);

@DigitalDaz Do you know how much impact, if any, having these indexes increases new CDR record insertion times?

Sorry, no, I don't notice anything, in fact creating the index didn't take very much time. The DB used to be indexed back in the day but the indexes were then removed without explanation. If you have a support contract mcrane will put them back in for you

I'd say just add them as they can be removed easily enough should they cause you any issues.

The difference for me is massive though.
