Hello Sir,

I was just wondering if it is possible to have "sitcky agent' setup on the Fusionpbx. i.e when lets assume the Agent has attended to a call from a particular customer say with calling number (12345). when the customer calls again say within 5 days or specified time interval and if the agent status is available can the call be routed directly to that agent without bothering about the call distribution strategy. If the agent is not available then the call can be routed to the next agent based on the call distribution strategy set on the Queue.

There is currently nothing in Fusionpbx that would allow that to work.
With enough programming prowess it could be possible.
