Hello
I wonder if anyone has any tips, I'm a little confused
Most calls seem fine, however one of my users is saying every so often the call goes silent (call stays up)
I've run a SIP options ping against the server and from AWS it's fine, however from my home broadband I'm seeing the below, could this be a cause of the loss of call?
[Recd: 286 | Lost: 4] [loss stats: longest run: 1 length of last run: 1 ]
[min/max/avg 41.93/145.13/48.7505]
[Recd: 291 | Lost: 4] [loss stats: longest run: 1 length of last run: 1 ]
[min/max/avg 41.93/145.13/48.72895]
[Recd: 296 | Lost: 4] [loss stats: longest run: 1 length of last run: 1 ]
[min/max/avg 41.93/145.13/48.6592]
[Recd: 301 | Lost: 4] [loss stats: longest run: 1 length of last run: 1 ]
[min/max/avg 41.93/145.13/48.53545]
From the soft phone debug log I'm seeing the below periodically
Registration impossible (network down)
I'm assuming these are potentially related?
As always, massive thanks for any pointers
Phil
