Singularity in Attended Call Transfer (ABC scenery)

Hi Folks

I have one singularity whith fusionpbx here on my business.
Lets the example:


I have 3 extensions:

A - 900
B - 910
C - 920


A call to B
B talk with A and after transfer A to C (sometimes flash works, sometimes not, but *4 always work)
B put the phone on hook
C talk with A

now is the problem

If C wants to return the call to B
C press *4
C listen tone
A listen music
C call A
C listen busy signal
C press #
C get back A


so... C never more will pass the call to B again.


Somebody can iluminate this?

What phone are you using? Whenever i've had issues like this it's always been firmware on the handset or a softphone issue. Can you test the same scenario with a different phone and see if you get the same results?

I'm using this fxs gateway ( https://www.intelbras.com/pt-br/gateway-de-voz-gw-208-s#beneficios ) with analogic phones..
I will try other scenary using only ip phones.
