Rollover option is not working

Hi,

I set up a group with the rollover option, but when the extension is busy, it is not ringing at the next extension, does anyone know how to fix this?

In my experience this works.

The problem seems that if the first extension in list is not available (not busy, it's disconnected), the RG goes to timeout destination and not to next step
